Return & Refund Policy


1. Returns (India Customers)
We want you to love your silk saree! If for any reason you are not completely satisfied:

Return Window:
• Returns are accepted within 7 days from the delivery date.
• To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

Return Process:
1. Contact our support team within 7 days of delivery to request a return.
2. Provide your order number and photos (if applicable).
3. Once approved, send the item back to us using a trackable shipping method.

Refund:
• Refunds will be initiated within 7-10 business days after we receive the returned item.
• Refunds will be processed via bank transfer or UPI within 5–7 business days.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Return Shipping Charges (India):
• Return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer except in cases where the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

2. Returns & Refund (International / Abroad Customers)
We gladly accept returns from international customers for eligible products.
Return Window:
• Returns accepted within 14 days from delivery date.
• Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all original tags and packaging.

Return Process:
1. Contact support within 14 days to obtain a Return Authorization (RA).
2. Pack the item securely.
3. Ship using a reliable, trackable international carrier.

Refund:
• Refunds will be issued after the returned item is received and inspected.
• Refund is processed via bank transfer or UPI and may take 10-14 business days.
• Original shipping costs & international duties/taxes are non-refundable.
Return Shipping & Duties:
• Return shipping expense from abroad is to be borne by the customer.
• Any customs duties or import taxes paid on original shipping are non-refundable.

3. Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
• Custom stitched sarees or altered products
• Items damaged due to wear, mishandling, or improper care
• Sale/discounted items if stated non-returnable

4. Damaged / Defective Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect saree:
• Contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos.
• We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra charge.
